Our Team
Jesus Vasquez
President
I have grown up here in Martin County, FL. I have been roofing since I was a teenager and developed a true passion for the industry. I built my business on honesty, integrity, and hard work. I am honored that I can run this business alongside my children now.
When I am not up on the roof, I live life to the fullest. You can find me on the golf course with my buddies, eating a great meal, or traveling the world with my beautiful wife. I am a proud Pappo to my 9 grandbabies.
Brenda Vasquez
Financial Executive
I’m your typical North Carolina girl who loves country music and a plate of biscuits & gravy. Some call me mom, but my favorite name is Nana. I like early morning beach walks and traveling with my hubby. And I love my dog, Boomer.
Brittany Luck
VP of Marketing & Business Development
I am a bossy type A personality with a love for everything marketing. My favorite role in life is being mommy to my 3 little girls. I have a passion for cooking and dancing in my kitchen to all types of music.
Mike Ruggeri
Senior Estimator
Hi there!
I was born in Bridgewater, New Jersey, but moved down to Florida shortly after my 21st birthday. I’ve been playing ice hockey since I was a kid; it’s something that I absolutely loved growing up.
Woodworking is my true passion now—it’s what keeps me going! But I also love music (playing guitar is one of my favorite things), fishing, and just exploring new places that I’ve never been to before!
When I’m not working or doing one of my other hobbies, there’s nothing that I love more than spending time with family.
Brendan Vasquez
VP of Commercial/Multifamily Development
I am a South Florida native leading our commercial and multifamily projects, helping contractors and developers keep jobs moving and get roofs done right.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wife and daughter, whether it’s on the boat, at the beach, or at a game — plus a little golf and softball when I can.

Skyler Shaw
Project Manager
I am from Vero Beach. My job is to ensure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards. I am hands-on— delivering materials, overseeing installs, and answering homeowner questions. A true right-hand man, who we can always count on!
When I am not working, you’ll find me out on the water fishing, boating, or whipping up a great meal in the kitchen!
